The CARE Bus is the mobile health initiative of Inclusive Care Group and ICG Foundation — delivering affirming, preventive, and life-saving healthcare directly into the communities that need it most across Tampa Bay.

From Pride festivals to shelters, from underserved neighborhoods to community awareness events, the CARE Bus removes barriers and meets people exactly where they are.

When patients can’t come, we bring care to them.

Transportation challenges. Insurance gaps. Stigma. Fear. Financial barriers. Too many individuals delay or avoid care because the system feels inaccessible. The CARE Bus changes that. We operate with a simple philosophy:
Healthcare should be proactive, affirming, and reachable — not reactive, judgmental, or distant. By bringing services into neighborhoods, community events, and vulnerable settings, we increase early diagnosis, improve prevention outcomes, and build long-term trust.
