HealthConnect Program
Our FREE HIV & STI testing program is designed to empower the community with access to essential health services, knowledge, and a judgment-free environment. Through our program, we offer confidential testing at no cost, ensuring that individuals have a convenient, safe, and supportive place to learn their status. We understand that knowing your health status is a crucial first step toward better health, and we’re here to make that step as comfortable and accessible as possible.

Free HIV & STI Testing
In addition to testing, we provide education on prevention, treatment options, and overall sexual health. Our team works closely with each person to provide clear, accurate information that helps them make informed choices and take charge of their health. We focus on reducing the stigma often associated with HIV and STIs by fostering open conversations, dispelling myths, and emphasizing that testing and treatment are a normal part of self-care.
Through outreach and education, we’re building a stronger, healthier community. Our goal is not only to provide services but also to create a more accepting environment, where people feel safe seeking help, accessing resources, and learning about their health. We believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate care and that by breaking down stigma, we can encourage more individuals to prioritize their well-being.

The Identity Empowerment Fund
At ICG Foundation, we are excited to announce an important new initiative aimed at improving access to healthcare for transgender individuals in our community. Through our upcoming grant program, we will provide insurance coverage and access to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for trans patients who might otherwise face financial barriers to care.
This grant is part of our ongoing commitment to reducing healthcare disparities, ensuring that all individuals—regardless of their gender identity—have access to the care they need. With the support of **fundraising efforts**, as well as the partnership of **Inclusive Care Group**, our primary care office, we aim to empower trans individuals to take control of their health by making HRT and other gender-affirming services more accessible and affordable.
We understand the challenges that many trans people face when navigating healthcare systems, and through this initiative, we hope to create a more supportive and inclusive environment. By helping our trans patients gain access to essential treatments like HRT and ensuring they have the insurance coverage they need, we aim to improve their quality of life and support their journey to becoming their true, authentic selves.
