what we do
Building a better future for our community
Our FREE HIV & STI testing program is designed to empower the community with access to essential health services, knowledge, and a judgment-free environment. Through our program, we offer confidential testing at no cost, ensuring that individuals have a convenient, safe, and supportive place to learn their status. We understand that knowing your health status is a crucial first step toward better health, and we’re here to make that step as comfortable and accessible as possible.

Free HIV & STI Testing
In addition to testing, we provide education on prevention, treatment options, and overall sexual health. Our team works closely with each person to provide clear, accurate information that helps them make informed choices and take charge of their health. We focus on reducing the stigma often associated with HIV and STIs by fostering open conversations, dispelling myths, and emphasizing that testing and treatment are a normal part of self-care.
Through outreach and education, we’re building a stronger, healthier community. Our goal is not only to provide services but also to create a more accepting environment, where people feel safe seeking help, accessing resources, and learning about their health. We believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate care and that by breaking down stigma, we can encourage more individuals to prioritize their well-being.

Coverage Connect Program
Coverage Connect helps eligible patients maintain health insurance when premium costs become a barrier to care. Through this program, ICG Foundation provides financial assistance to cover insurance premiums so patients can access primary care, medications, preventive services, and specialty care without interruption.
By helping individuals obtain and keep health coverage, Coverage Connect supports long-term health stability and continuity of care. The program focuses on sustainable access to healthcare, ensuring patients can remain connected to providers, treatment plans, and the services they need to stay healthy.
The Direct Care Program provides immediate healthcare support for individuals who are uninsured, in a coverage gap, out-of-network, or unable to afford medical services. Through this program, ICG Foundation helps cover the cost of primary care visits, laboratory testing, medications, and other essential healthcare services, ensuring patients can receive timely, affirming care without financial barriers.
For many patients, the Direct Care Program serves as a bridge to stability while longer-term coverage options are explored. By removing cost as an obstacle to care, the program supports continuity of treatment, improves health outcomes, and ensures individuals can access the care they need with dignity and support during times of transition.

BridgeRx Grant
BridgeRx is ICG Foundation’s medication assistance program designed to help patients access life-saving and essential medications when cost becomes a barrier. Through a partnership with Bell Pharmacy, this program helps cover medication expenses for patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing temporary financial hardship.
By ensuring patients can start and stay on their prescribed treatments — including HIV prevention, HIV treatment, and other critical medications — BridgeRx helps protect health, improve adherence, and reduce interruptions in care. The program serves as a safety net, allowing patients to focus on their health and well-being while the Foundation works to connect them with sustainable, long-term coverage solutions whenever possible.
